At least one author of each accepted paper must register at full rate (member or non-member) in order for the paper to be included in the conference proceedings. All authors must complete the registration process before they are given access to upload the camera-ready version of their paper. One registration may cover up to 2 papers of which the registrant is co-author.
TECHNICAL SESSION REGISTRATION FEE INCLUDES:
- Participation in all technical sessions of the conference program;
- All meals during the course of the conference (lunch, coffee breaks);
- A ticket to the official conference social;
- Conference accessories;
- Conference documents and official conference proceedings USB.
STUDENT REGISTRATION FEE INCLUDES (does not include the participation in the Gala Dinner and paper upload):
