Special rates are available at the conference venue, The Royal York Hotel, for conference delegates. These rooms are charged at £109 per night inclusive of breakfast. To book rooms at this special rate please contact the hotel directly via telephone and quote 'Bionetics Conference'.

In addition to this there are a number of other hotels, hostels and guest-houses within walking distance, or a short bus journey, of the conference venue, shown below. The prices shown are based on the nightly right for a single adult in a double room (except for the hostel prices which are based on a dormitory room). The time shown is the approximate time to walk to the venue hotel. Where buses are listed as available, the hotel is within easy walking distance of a bus-stop with a direct service stopping outside the railway station, which is a few meters from the conference venue.
