Submission Instructions
For Camera ready versions
Paper Formatting:
Papers must be formatted with the Springer LNICST format. Please obtain LNICST-specific formatting instructions as well as paper
templates from Springer's LNICST FTP directory.
Different page limits are given to different paper categories:
- Regular papers: Up to 15 pages (plus 2 pages with extra charge of $130/page)
- Workshop papers: Up to 12 pages (plus 2 pages with extra charge of $130/page)
- Work-in-progress papers: Up to 8 pages (plus 2 pages with extra charges $130/page)
Paper Uploading:
The submission of camera-ready papers and copyright forms, as well as conference registration will be done through the ASSYST system. Conference registration is required to upload paper.
Authors of accepted papers will receive a separate email with instructions on how to upload the camera-ready paper. Please check Camera-Ready Submission guidelines to ASSYST for detailed description on how to upload camera-ready manuscripts.

For WIP, Demo, and Short papers (the first submittal)

Different page limits are given to different paper categories:
- Work-in-progress papers: Up to 8 pages
- Demo papers: Up to 4 pages (plus 2 pages with extra charges $130/page)
- Short papers: Up to 2 pages (plus 2 pages with extra charges $130/page)
Paper Uploading:
All papers will be handled electronically. Papers must be uploaded to the EasyChair conference management system. If you don't have an EasyChair account yet, the above link allows you to create it.
When you upload your paper to EasyChair, select one of the following tracks
- BIONETICS 10 (the main conference)
- Artificial Intelligence and Software Engineering
- Artificial Life and Bio-inspired Robotics
- Bioinformatics
- Bio-Inspired Machine Vision
- Game Theory and its Applications
- Network-based Computation
- State-Topology Coevolution in Adaptive Networks
and select one of the following paper categories:
- Work-in-progress (WIP) paper
- Demo paper
- Short paper
After you upload your paper, you can update it until the submission deadline.
