Paper Presentations:-
30 minutes, including QAs, for regular paper presentations
- Chairs will provide a 5 minute warning
- Chairs will stop presenters/questions after 30 minutes

20 minutes, including QAs, for work-in-progress (WIP) and short paper presentations
- Chairs will provide a 5 minute warning
- Chairs will stop presenters/questions after 20 minutes
Presentation Equipment:
- Projector
- Connection to a projector
- Microphone
- Bring your own laptop. PCs will NOT be available at presentation rooms.
Session Chairs:

Ensure your session runs strictly on schedule
- Arrive early
- Give a 5 minute remaining warning
Demo/Poster Presentations:

The Demo/poster session will take place during the conference reception, which starts at 7pm on December 1. More details to be announced.
